Please be aware that for hygiene reasons items such as jewellery, hair accessories, cosmetics etc are non-returnable after purchase unless faulty. Essential oils and fragrance oils are non returnable under any circumstances for hygiene reasons.

Our preferred method of payment is paypal please. We do however, also accept credit cards, (postal orders uncrossed - UK only).

ALL ORDERS UP TO THE VALUE OF 50.00 ARE NOW CHARGED A 4.00 POSTAGE FEE. This applies to UK only.

 

WE ALWAYS OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTING

 

NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE GIVEN FOR ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT UNTIL THE CLAIM IS SETTLED WITH ROYAL MAIL. TRACKING IS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS REQUESTED - THIS IS AN OPTIONAL EXTRA AND CARRIES A CHARGE.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by Royal Mail, and we are unable to replace or refund missing items unless insurance cover has been added. Special Delivery and Airsure International postal insurance options are available in the Shipping Extras category if required. In the unlikely event of damage, please report this within 24 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence of damage may be required. Please note: If you would like your order left with a neighbour, please state their house number and a contact number if possible. It is not possible for your order to be delivered (or to submit a claim for loss) if you have asked for your parcel to be left in a "safe place" or on your doorstep, for obvious reasons. Recorded Delivery / Special Delivery / Airsure / Courier deliveries always require a signature on delivery.

NON-DELIVERY AND RETURN OF GOODS: If your order has been returned as a result of non-delivery (i.e. no-one available to sign for it, or not collected at post office or depot) then you will be invoiced for the postage cost penalty charge of 25 + VAT to re-send it. If returns are not claimed or additional postage has not been paid within 14 days, the contents of your order will either be re-sold or disposed of.

 

Dispatch of your order is anything upto 5 working days.

Please take into account rare occasions when orders can suffer delay due to unforseen events such as postal strikes etc.

If you are purchasing outside of the UK we strongly advise you obtain a postal quote before ordering if your order is likely to be over 2kg in weight - any postage costs you pay will not guarantee a particular service otherwise.

 

Returns will only be accepted on items which are faulty. Every item is double checked for faults before dispatch. Refunds are not permitted on certain items for hygiene reasons. For non-faulty returns you will be offered an alternative or your account will be credited.

Wherever possible, we try to recycle packaging so you may find that bubble wrap, boxes etc has been previously used.
