Payment Methods Our preferred payment method is Paypal.
All payments must be made in GBP.
Our p&p (shipping) charge covers the cost of sending the item including the cost of packaging and packing materials. We operate a recycling policy so you may find bubble wrap etc has been used previously.
For orders over £36, we recommend that you purchase optional postal insurance - details upon request as we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage.
Overseas buyers are responsible for any customs charges etc that may be incurred.
Items cannot be classed as ‘missing’ until 15 days have elapsed as per Royal Mail Policy. No replacement or refund will be made before an official claim has been lodged with Royal Mail etc.

Orders are usually sent within 10 working days.
We aim to dispatch on the next working day (public holidays, strike etc exempt).
Order are sent to the address provided with your payment unless otherwise requested.
We can only accept returns if the item is faulty at time of purchase - hand made to order items, cosmetics, essential oils, fragrance oils & aromatherapy items etc and jewellery are included in this policy for hygiene reasons. Please check your order thoroughly on receipt.
